W pracy przedstawiono algorytm automatycznej identyfikacji przesunięcia względnego, dedykowany do kalibracji czujnika położenia współpracującego z silnikiem wzbudzanym magnesami trwałymi. Problem ten występuje w czasie montażu czujnika położenia wirnika w nowym silniku lub w trakcie prac remontowych. Opracowany algorytm umożliwia przeprowadzenie automatycznej identyfikacji przed uruchomieniem napędu, przy czym do jego przeprowadzenia nie są potrzebne żadne dodatkowe czynności ani przyrządy pomiarowe. Abstract. The paper presents an algorithm for automatic identification of the relative displacement, dedicated to the calibration of a position sensor cooperating with a motor excited by permanent magnets. This problem occurs when installing the rotor position sensor in a new motor or during repairs work. The developed algorithm allows for automatic identification before starting the drive, and no additional steps or measuring instruments are needed to carry it out. pg.
