Title: Data transmission in the hydroacoustic channel under NLOS
Abstract: Data transmission in the hydroacoustic channel under NLOS (Non-Line-Of-Sight) conditions is particularly problematic. Therefore, an attempt was made to develop a method of wireless underwater communication that would have the potential to be used in NLOS conditions. MFSK (Multiple Frequency-Shift Keying) modulation was used, sending a single bit on two carriers, and diversity combining. The obtained results confirmed the usefulness of the application of the developed method for data transmission in a hydroacoustic channel under NLOS conditions.
