Title: Installation for the production of ferromagnetic powder by electrolysis in laboratory conditions
Abstract: The article presents the concept of own method of producing ferromagnetic powder in small-scale laboratory conditions using the chemical electrolysis process. The authors developed a project and built a test stand, the key element of which is a magnetic separator, analyzed with the use of FEMM and CFD programs. Ferromagnetic powders obtained with the use of two different electrolytes: aqueous NaCl solution and aqueous FeSO4 solution were tested to confirm their magnetic properties.
